The villa is located on the former Roman road Decumanus Maximus agri, after which it was named. The influence of its historic location is subtly felt throughout the house. It is full of designer rustic pieces that perfectly intertwine with the rural Istrian architecture. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The interior of the villa is 210 m² and consists of 3 floors - ground floor and another 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. Elements of wood, stone and metal are interwoven throughout the space, along with many plants, rustic nautical decorations and artistic pieces. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that adds a touch of warmth and comfort to the space.
