The villa is located on the former Roman road Decumanus Maximus agri, after which it was named. The influence of its historic location is subtly felt throughout the house. It is full of designer rustic pieces that perfectly intertwine with the rural Istrian architecture. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The interior of the villa is 210 m² and consists of 3 floors - ground floor and another 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The exterior is a story in itself - the fusion of architectural styles adds to the uniqueness of the villa. One part of the house represents tradition - white stone with contrasting blue shutters, and the other part represents modern architecture - wooden elements on a black background.
