Villa offers a 340 m2 of living space on 4 levels, garden with a huge private, heated swimming pool and barbecue, french garden corner. It is suitable for 6 + 2 people. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with an open-space kitchen and an exit to the terrace with pool and sunbeds and one bedroom with a double sofa bed for 2 people and on same floor is toilet. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony.All rooms have TV / SAT, air conditioning. In the basement is a huge professional gym, and there is a 56 m2 outdoor sports court suitable for football, basketball, volleyball & etc.
On the third floor is the Rooftop with garden furniture, a mini kitchen and a bathroom, and sunshade Heated 24m2 swimming pool, shower & Grill Parking possibilities/garage The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade, and two garden loungers.
