It’s just a few minutes from the center of Umag. Since the resort is within walking distance of the sea, it’s ideal for families with young children. The numerous facilities and play areas make the resort unique and especially child-friendly. In addition to a large pool for children and adults right next to the mobile homes, there is also a mini-club and entertainment program for children of all ages. Of course, there is also an entertainment program for adults. The pool area at the neighboring Resort Stella Maris vacation park, featuring a great children’s pool and water playground, is available for free use. The resort also features several sports fields and a restaurant. The adjacent Resort Stella Maris vacation park also offers an indoor pool across the street for days when the weather is bad.
The modernly furnished Superior mobile home can accommodate up to 6 people, including at least two children up to age 12. It features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots. The living room also has a satellite TV. The unit has a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The patio, furnished with a table and chairs, is the perfect spot to relax while the kids play on the playground or by the pool. Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 20 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.

The Mediterranean Sea is just a few minutes’ walk from the Camping Stella Maris vacation park. Here you can enjoy the sun and go swimming. Various water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, and motorboats, are also available to guests. There are two different beaches: one with fine sand and one with a paved surface featuring lounge chairs. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for rent. The clean seawater has been awarded the Blue Flag by the Foundation for Environmental Education.

Within the resort itself, a newly built 201'8 pool with sun loungers and umbrellas is available for your use. There is also a newly built children’s pool. A restaurant is located right next to the pool area. In the adjacent Stella Maris Resort, you’ll also find a large outdoor swimming pool and a children’s pool that you can use free of charge. Here you’ll find everything to make your heart sing. The children’s pool is equipped with a large pirate ship and a water playground. Umbrellas and lounge chairs are available (for a fee).
