Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the luxuriously renovated school can accommodate up to 12 guests, making Villa Stara Skola ideal for a vacation with family and friends. The 52m2 refreshing pool forms the heart of the villa and can be heated and cooled. With 150m2, the elevated natural stone terrace will probably become your favorite place. A covered lounge is available for you to relax in. In the dining area for 12 guests, you can enjoy fantastic meals prepared by the family chef in the covered outdoor kitchen with brick barbecue. The fully air-conditioned living area consists of a living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. 5 cozy bedrooms with double beds each have their own bathroom and TV. 2 of the bedrooms also have a gallery with two additional double beds, which will be particularly popular with the children. One of the bedrooms also has a walk-in closet and its own east-facing terrace. Another highlight is the wellness area in the basement with a Finnish sauna, relaxation room and shower. There is also a laundry room on this level. The property is completely fenced and the private parking lot offers space for up to 6 vehicles.
