The villa offers a 40 m² infinity pool, a covered terrace with barbecue fireplace and dining table, billiards, table tennis and several parking spaces on the 1000 m² property. The pool is heated outside the summer season. The villa can accommodate eight people and has a total living area of 259 m² spread over three floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a living room with access to the pool area and garden and a toilet with washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and an exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture and wonderful views. On the second floor, this villa offers two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom, and a twin bedroom with bathroom. Both have access to a balcony with garden furniture and beautiful views of charming Motovun.
