On the villa's 800 m² fenced property, guests have access to a 48 m² saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue and a dining table with chairs for outdoor meals. Two private parking spaces are located outside the property directly in front of the house. The famous restaurant-tavern is nearby and several supermarkets are about 4 km away.
