This new and modern, stylish flat, is the top floor penthouse of a modern house with a large private roof terrace offering fantastic views over Hvar town, Hvar harbour and Pakleni island. Penthouse is located 15 min walking distance from the city center, and 5 min from the beach. Total space is 180 square meters with balconies. There is one big main terrace with dinning table and lounges, and two other balconies. You will have the best sunset view in Hvar. There is shared BBQ for daily use on first floor of the house. I try to upgrade the flat every year so It is always better then in the pictures. The penthouse is benefiting from modern integrated kitchen, dining room, large living room, two big bedrooms, and one small one, fully tiled three bathrooms with separate shower cubicle and one hot tub. There is 65inch smart TV in the living room, TV`s in the bedrooms, WiFi, and a complimentary secure parking for your cars. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Floor to ceiling windows along one side of the apartment provides extensive city views and lot of light.

Summary: Don’t hesitate to book this property. The apartment itself was wonderful, plenty of space with beautiful bathrooms and very clean - and that view, you won’t forget it! The outdoor space is amazing with 4 lounge chairs and a dining area and, that view. . . Added bonus, as long as you are up for a little hike you can easily walk to a beach with restaurants and perfect clear blue water. You won’t be alone once you get there, and for good reason, it’s beautiful! We highly recommend this property.
