The cosy studio is quite spacious (23m2 with high ceilings) and it rests just away from the hustle of bustle of the city while still being in an accessible area. It is situated next to Tivoli Park and within walking distance to the city centre (10 min walk).

The studio itself is part of a spacious two-bedroom apartment where I live with my girlfriend and our cat. The entrance foyer has access to the big bathroom, which is SHARED. We will not bump into each other much since your studio is nicely divided from our part of the apartment however, and we will make sure to respect your privacy.
The SHARED bathroom has a shower, a double sink, a toilet, and laundry machines, which you are free to make use of. The room itself is equipped with a comfortable bed, small kitchen corner (small fridge, a microwave, and a water heater), and a nice sofa.
It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, small families and senior tenants; since it only has a few steps to ascend as it is close to ground level.
The kitchen table and chair provide a neat workspace for travellers who decide to bring their work – the Wi-Fi is fast (100/100 Mb/s).
For a cosy night after a long day, there is also a projector with Netflix and HBO (Android with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) and a nice couch so you can watch your favourite movie before going to sleep.
QUIET, SAFE, GREEN
I like to think that we’re living in the best location possible as we have everything a city-oriented person would want in a peaceful, green, and safe area. The neighbourhood has great public transport connections to the rest of the city – and by foot or bicycle, the city centre is just 10 minutes away. There’s a green wooded hill and a large park nearby along with fast access to the highway.
