It is perfect spot to enjoy tranquility of olive garden, birds singing and light breeze. Villa is located in Kastel Sućurac, town nestled between two Unesco heritage cities Split (10 km away) and Trogir (16 km away), offering an experience of a small, quite neighborhood and private atmosphere, but also being only minutes away to many attractions those two cities can offer.
Villa Mediterraneo is decorated in modern style, on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a terrace. On the first floor there is one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a balcony offering panoramic view of Split and Kastela Bay. As well on the first floor is brand new apartment 160 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 x living rooms and huge terrace overloking at the sea.
Lower terrace deck has 30m2 swimming heated pool, summer kitchen with barbecue and wine fridge, dining table for 10,sun beds, toilet and outdoor shower. Offering both sea view and mountain view where you can relax and chill out.

Summary: Milivoj was a wonderful and very helpful host, he provided us with some fantastic recommendations for activities to do and places to dine, nothing was too much trouble. We all enjoyed our stay at his wonderful villa tremendously. The facilities are fantastic and the pool was fabulous for the whole extended family to enjoy. We highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday.
