On the 1,200 m² enclosed and well-maintained property, guests have access to a 34 m² pool with sun loungers, a brick barbecue with dining table, table football, a children's playground, a table tennis table and three covered parking spaces. The nearest shop, a coffee bar and an ATM are located in the village of Vižinada, four kilometres away. The tourist resort of Lanterna with its beautiful beaches is only 15 km away from the villa. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycling/hiking trail is also nearby. The villa has a living area of 250 m² on two floors and can accommodate eight people. The main entrance leads to the large living room with access to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and a garden, as well as a country-style kitchen with a dining table and access to another covered terrace. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has its own bathroom with bath/shower. In the hallway there is a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, its own bathroom with bath and a balcony. From this bedroom you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
