It is located in Jakišnica, 12 km from Novalja in a quiet location, only 90 m from the beach. The living area of the villa is 309 m2 and the garden area is 804 m2
Following the latest standards of comfort, the living space of the villa extends to 309 square meters with five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor have terraces overlooking the sea, and are equipped with furniture that offers supreme comfort. On the ground floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and one of these rooms has a separate entrance and can be used to accommodate additional staff, e.g. servants, babysitters, own chef, etc. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room and a kitchen with with a view of the sea, garden and pool. All rooms are luxuriously designed, decorated and fully equipped. In addition to superior design and comfort, guests have at their disposal a sauna, a gym, a Miele washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a wine refrigerator and other Bosch appliances. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has heated floors.
In the courtyard of the villa, guests have at their disposal a heated outdoor pool of 37 m2, deck chairs, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a children's playground, parking, and a charger for electric vehicles. The entire villa is covered by Wi-Fi and high-speed internet.
