The apartment is located opposite the Town Hall at Mestni trg in the famous Souvan House, the square's highest building with a 17th century Empire-style facade decorated with Francesco Coconi's reliefs representing art, trade and agriculture. It is an ideal starting point for exploring and experiencing Ljubljana.
The airconditioned one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. The apartment layout faces inside the building that is why the apartment is a quiet corner in the middle of a city hustle. The rooms are connected with a long, glazed hallway overlooking the inner courtyard. Smaller bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. In the central living room with a dining area for four people there is also a comfortable sofa which can serve also as an additional bed for 1 person (130 x 190 cm), an LCD TV and a large antique desk. A small but modern kitchen, to which we enter from the central area, is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove with a glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher and utensils. In the bedroom there is a king size bed (180 x 200 cm). The apartment is provided with towels, linen, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, CATV and Wi-Fi internet access.
Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
