The holiday villas are located in a quiet, sunny position in the picturesque village of Barat, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Barat is approximately 13 km from Poreč, and only 3 km from the centre of Višnjan. In Višnjan you have a good choice of shops and restaurants. The blue Adriatic sea and a pebble beach are 13 km away.
The stone villas are on a 2500 m² private, enclosed estate. There is a large communal area for shared use, featuring a swimming pool (angular, 16 x 7 m, depth 90 - 140 cm, open for use from 30.04.-01.10.).

The villa is located in Barat, 12 km from Poreč, 3 km from the centre of Višnjan, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside.
The three-storey natural stone house features a generous living space of 360 m². It has eight bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 persons.
On the downstairs floor there is an open plan living/dining area with a romantic open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen satellite TV. The kitchen next to it is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms on this floor are furnished with one double bed each (180 x 200 cm). For the two bedrooms there are two bathrooms: both with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
A stairace leads to the first floor. Here you find four bedrooms: they have a double bed each (180 x 190 cm). The two bathrooms on the first floor each offer a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Then finally on the top floor you have an entrance hall, two bedrooms (double bed each, 180 x 200 cm) and two more shower bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided and there's wireless internet access throughout the building (all free of charge).
The downstairs living area opens up to a roofed, 30 m² terrace with garden furniture and a view of the swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool a traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy long barbecue evenings. Secure parking is available on the premises.
