The location, only 2.2 kilometers from the sea and the popular harbor town of Malinska, combines the seclusion of the tourist bustle with Croatian village life and the proximity to the sea as well as a variety of sporting and cultural recreational opportunities. From the house, the sea can be reached on a small path through oak groves also on foot or with the bicycles available at the house.
The former stable in rustic style with the historical threshing floor in the fenced garden was rebuilt from 2006 to a modern two-storey residential building and equipped high-quality and officially belongs to the cultural-historical protected part of the settlement of the island of Krk.
