Holiday home is situated in small village Snasici surrounded by nature, forest and vineyards away from overcrowded touristic mess. Area is great for walks, cycling and exploration of countryside.
Tastefully furnished 3-bedrooms and 2,5-bathrooms house features private outdoor pool (3.5 x 9 m) with large poolside area, lawn and covered terrace. Property ensures wonderful vacation for 7 with fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, private parking, heating, Wi-Fi and satellite tv. Relax on the sun loungers or under the awning and enjoy the barbecue on convenient outdoor gas grill.

Snasici is small village with a few dosen houses and the first neighbour is aprox. 50m from the property. In short walking distance there is groceries shop, children playground, local soccer club and bowling field. Nearest beaches are in Rabac about 12km away and city of Labin 6,5km.
In the property front yard there is a cute garden and parking area for at least three cars which leads to the entrance patio of the house.
Ground floor, on 70sqm is dedicated to the daytime relaxing. Living room is comfortable with extra-large sofa, satellite TV, PS4, A/C unit and dining area with big table for eight. Dining area connects to the fully equipped kitchen with dinette and pantry. Both kitchen and living room thru wide terrace doors opens to the fenced backyard and 24sqm covered terrace with huge dining table for outdoor enjoyment. Terrace extends to 80sqm white stone tile poolside area and 32sqm comfortable pool (3,5x9x1,5) equipped with retractable awning, sun loungers, lounge furniture, outdoor shower and gas grill. The back and the side of the pool are covered with lawn perfect for summer activities. On the ground floor there is also fully equipped laundry room, fitness equipment, toilet and stairway to the upper floor.
Upper floor on 60sqm is reserved for night enjoyment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hallway with A/C unit connects the three bedrooms and bathroom. 1st bedroom with queen size bed has en suit bathroom with large tub and double vanity. 2nd room has also queen size bed and 3rd one has queen size bed and a single sleep sofa. Second bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Summary: We received a very warm welcome and were shown into a spotless, beautifully prepared house (thanks for the wine, olive oil, ice, and beer!!). The layout is spacious, the kitchen perfectly equipped for us hobby cooks, and the inviting pool right in front of the large windows was a highlight. The property is surrounded by trees and vineyards, with plenty of delicious rosemary growing everywhere – we felt completely at home. The house is set in a lovely landscape, not too far from shops and the beach, yet pleasantly less touristy than the coastal areas. Many thanks to the attentive and very helpful host, and we wish all future guests a wonderful stay!
