The villa has a spacious area of over 150 m² that can accommodate up to 8 individuals comfortably. The villa is spread over two floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has an open family room with a fireplace that connects with the dining area and kitchen, and all these areas are connected with glass sliding doors that lead to the pool area. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue that you can enjoy.
The villa has private parking on site, and it is entirely enclosed by walls that offer you complete privacy. Outside the villa, there is a children's playground and a trampoline for children to play on.
