The popular Girandella beach in Rabac and historic town center of Labin are within 12 km and 8 km of the villa.
The newly-built villa set on 2.400 m2 of land and features a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and two patios for enjoyment in sun throughout the day. Patios overlook the private pool and offer chance to barbecue. Property features kids playground, badminton court and mini football field. Guests are welcome to use bicycles that are on the premises and explore the surrounding roads and villages.
The single-storey villa features a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning in the living room. There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds.
