Fully detached, newly-built (2019) holiday villa with a private garden, heated pool and view across a nearby vineyard The elegant holiday villa is located in Županići, a small charming village in Istria. The popular Girandella beach in Rabac and historic town center of Labin are within 12 km and 8 km of the villa.
The newly-built villa set on 2.400 m2 of land and features a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and two patios for enjoyment in sun throughout the day. Patios overlook the private pool and offer chance to barbecue. Property features kids playground, badminton court and mini football field. Guests are welcome to use bicycles that are on the premises and explore the surrounding roads and villages.
