Villa Astrid***** is a luxorious villa on a 2.500 m2 estate, fully enclosed, located in a small place called Reburići near Labin city. Our guests are surrounded by a magnificent view that includes the sea, Raša river canal and spacious greenland of Istria. The estate has its own lawn, suitable for different sports activities, as well as pets and their activities.
Villa Astrid***** has the capacity for 11 people: 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 double room on the ground floor, foldable couch and armchair in the living room and additional double bedroom in a separate unit. All bedrooms are comfortable and modern, equipped with king size beds (200 x 210 cm), air conditionings and large screen TVs. Rooms on the first floor share a joint spaceous terrace, from which a beautiful view to the whole countryside can be enjoyed.
On the ground floor there is a big living room with additional TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest restroom, all air conditioned.
A glass wall moves you from living room and dining room to a big covered ground terrace, equipped with a stone barbecue, a sink and a dining table for meals and entertaining.

Summary: An excellent property in every way. Very clean and modern. Well appointed with very comfortable beds and superb shower rooms serving each bedroom. Pool is good size and nicely placed so that children can easily be observed by lounging adults! There is generous dining space for both indoor and outdoor meals. There is lots of outdoor space for games which was very welcome. Our host was charming and very helpful and always available if there were any queries. The property is well placed for visits to Labin (excellent choice of supermarkets), Rabac for lively seaside scene and boat trips and many other quieter beaches. We would happily return to this villa.
