The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house with a total of five holiday apartments and offers space for 2-3 people. Upon request, a fourth person can also be accommodated, for which an additional charge will be calculated. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a living area with a sofa bed, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. From the dining area, you can access the covered terrace with a magnificent view of the sea – the ideal place to let the day end with a gentle sea breeze.
For comfort, air conditioning, satellite TV and a private entrance are provided. A parking space directly at the house is available, as well as a boat berth at the house's own pier upon request (fee during peak season). A storage space for boat trailers is also located in the courtyard and can be used if desired.
