This beautiful vineyard house is located in north-east Slovenia, between five amazing thermal spas, in the middle of the Jeruzalem wine region. The location is a perfect starting point for daily visits to the spas, Croatian Zagorje or Hungarian lake Balaton. The house is built from natural, eco-friendly material, which gives a nice atmosphere and climate inside of the house. The main construction is made of wood and the walls and roof are made of straw, plastered with clay.
The house consists of two floors, connected by internal stairs. At the ground floor you will find a large open space with living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped; most of the household appliances are hidden away in a stylish built-in wardrobe under the stairs, opposite the kitchen countertop. The kitchen is bright as it is surrounded by windows on three sides. The dining room opens up to the terrace, which surrounds the southern and eastern parts of the house. The roof on the southern terrace protects against the sun and the rain, while the awning on the eastern side automatically opens with the first sun rays and closes at sunset.
The terrace offers a magnificent view of the green hills stretching all the way up to the city of Varaždin, which lies 26 kilometres away. In the pitch black of the night, the distant Varaždin lights conjure the feel of the seaside.
The evenings offer a special experience as you can watch the sunset from the terrace. At the groud floor you will also find a toilet. Next to the toilet, there is a lovely double room with hand-made built-in wardrobes, which fit neatly into the whole design of the space. The guests in this room have a private bathroom with a washing machine.
Massive oak stairs will take you to the 1st floor gallery, from which you can see the dining room downstairs. At this floor, there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a thumble dryer.
