Quietly nestled amongst the vineyards close to the thermal spa town of Ptuj this spacious house provides the ideal base for exploring northeastern Slovenia and comfortably sleeps six guests. The house is situated next to a deer sanctuary and there are many well-travelled hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. The hosts provide two mountain bikes, and it is also possible to rent two electric bikes.
The property enjoys a large open-plan living space furnished with a dining table, comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart HD satellite TV, a DVD player and table football. The separate kitchen is fitted with a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a breakfast table.
The large garden provides the perfect playground for children with a slide, swing, sandpit and a playhouse – all visible from the alfresco dining and grilling area.

The property is situated in the Haloze Hills, a 3-minute drive from Čr kulane in northeastern Slovenia. The local landscape is characterised by vineyards, orchards and forests, providing many opportunities for hiking, cycling on marked trails and enjoying nature. There are also many tourist farms where visitors can purchase local goods.
The area is part of the Štajerska Slovenija wine region and visitors can explore local wineries, taste regional wines and experience the traditional viticultural practices. The Puklavec Family winery and Vinska klet KOGL winery are both a 25-minute drive away.
The nearest town is Ptuj (a 20-minute drive), one of the oldest towns in Slovenia situated on the banks of the Drava River. Ptuj's Old Town enjoys well-preserved medieval and Renaissance architecture, visitors can explore its charming squares, historic buildings and cultural landmarks. There is also a thermal spa offering wellness and relaxation facilities, including thermal pools, saunas and spa treatments. Golfers can head to Golf klub Ptuj a 25-minute drive away.
