Casa Fragola is an old renovated stone house in the quiet village of Prsurici 6 km from picturesque Visnjan and 12 km from Porec and the beaches.
The house was built in 1930 and completely renovated in 2011. During the reconstruction, only traditional materials were used, so that this pleasant house has preserved its origin and offers its guests a touch of tradition in combination with the high comfort of a country house for relaxation and vacation. Casa Fragola is situated on a fenced plot of approx. 800 square meters where the owners' house is also located. Only the guests have a pool with sun loungers, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table with chairs for common moments, parking for two cars. Casa Fragola is connected by stone steps with a small terrace to the owners' house, which has a separate entrance offering guests complete privacy.
Vacation home for 4 people with a living space of approx. 65 square meters on two floors. On the first floor of the house there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, seating area and shower/WC. From the living room there is access to a terrace with a wooden table where guests can enjoy the smell and taste of the "Fragola" grapes that cover the terrace. On the second floor, which can be reached by small indoor and outdoor stone stairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, shower/WC in the hallway.
