Villa Jasmin is located just 80 meters from the sea in Rogoznica, a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia. Its coastline extends for almost 50 km and it’s the perfect place to relax. The villa consists of two separate apartments which both have all modern amenities, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas and has a total of 5 bedrooms accommodating 10 people, should your party be larger an additional 2 beds are available (max 12). Outside is a large garden, private pool (7m x 3m), terrace, dining furniture and barbecue area, a private garage for 2 cars plus additional parking at the front. This villa offers amazing sea views from every area and is an ideal base for those wishing to further explore the beauty of the Dalmatia coast.
The villa itself consists of two separate apartments (1st floor and 2nd floor). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, while outside on the terrace is the pool and sun loungers next to it. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, gym, living room and kitchen and a balcony-terrace. Next to the garden on the ground level is a special area for barbecue, a large terrace where there is a large stone table and wooden benches and chairs for seating. On the ground level is also a garage for two cars and parking space for up to 3 cars.
