The location of the village of Višnjan in the hinterland of the romantic towns of Poreč and Novigrad is naturally one of the key advantages of this site. The towns of Poreč and Novigrad are 10–15 minutes by car from Višnjan. Višnjan is an idyllic place in Istria that is not overrun by tourism. The area is mainly characterised by traditional local buildings. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the street in front of the house.
