We offer our guests first and the second floor of the house connected by an external staircase suitable for 10 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms,(4rd bathroom is ouside on the pool) and large balcony with magnificent views. A large plot with a terrace and a private swimming pool is perfect if you want to run away from all the hustle and take a swim straight from your bedroom. In the back part of the house is big teracce with BBQ only for quest use.. We live on the ground floor of the Villa,but we have separate entrance and has no contact with the pool. Surrounding area is completely for your use only. Guests are granted full privacy (there are no other apartments in the house).
Guests can also find ping pong table, volleyball in the pool, rackets for bambinton,football field,two bicycles. Fresh water from the spring is potable,and and you can freely drink it.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for our family holiday to Croatia and we've had the most incredible time! Andrea was so helpful from the very first message I sent her and she was there to help with anything we needed during our stay. We were there for 10 nights with my husband, Mum and 3 children age 10, 8 and 6. We used the pool every single day and it was always clean and very well maintained with incredible facilities (toilet, shower and shaded seating right by the pool). The location gave us a great base to explore the area including walking to the 2 nearby churches and visiting the Sokol Grad fortress just a short drive away. We had a day in Bosnia visiting the Grad Sunca water park and the town of Trebinje. We had a day in Montenegro on a beautiful drive to Kotor visiting the sights along the way. We went to Dubrovnik old town via a boat from Cavtat and visited Cavtat several times for lovely food, walks, and to swim in the sea. The house provided everything we needed with so much space and great facilities. We cooked meals outside on the barbecue area and enjoyed eating together inside, on the balcony and on the terrace area. My Mum and daughter slept in the apartment downstairs with their own rooms and bathroom, and the rest of us slept in the main apartment upstairs with our own rooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It was a great place to relax during the heat of the day.Thank you so much Andrea! We'd love to come back!
