Located at the exit of the small town of Barban, the house sits 260 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the Rasa River valley and the Učka mountain range. After several years of successful rental to returning holiday guests, the owners decided to further improve the house and turn it into a small "villa." The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) in the garden completes the offering.
