Our family villa "Unique" is a newly built luxury residence located in Kučine, the most beautiful suburb of Split, about 9 km from the ancient city of Split. The exterior of the villa provides a relaxing atmosphere with Mediterranean plants and palm trees.
Furthermore, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view of the islands and UNESCO protected city Split. The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest for families and friends without any noise .
