This beautiful villa is located in Rogovici, near the village of Tar with interesting cultural and recreational events (e.g. donkey races), as well as near Porec and only 4 km from the beach. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage, whose massive city walls defy time and greet visitors from all over the world. Don't miss a visit to the Euphrasian Basilica. Built in the middle of the 6th century in Byzantine style, the church is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. The nearby small town of Visnjan is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by rich forests of the picturesque Istrian countryside. The ancient terrace on the main square, which can be entered through a Venetian arch, gives an amazing sea view. Since the days of Venetian rule, Visnjan served as a well-known trading center where all kinds of agricultural products and tools were sold. Even today, a traditional open market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Visnjan is also world famous for its astronomical observatory.
