Positive: The pool is outstanding and the kitchen and main floor are absolutely beautiful and well appointed.

Negative: The lower level apartment is muggy and hot and the inside air conditioning unit blows hot air out the back and cold out the front and does not fix the issue.

Summary: The salt water pool is amazing you almost don't want to leave!
