The charming and clean interior occupies 200 m2 with a specious kitchen, a separate dining area and a comfortable living room, all illuminated with natural light with views of the garden. The oasis beyond the house walls is over 2000 m2 yielding a pool, a deck with sun loungers, and green lawn with olive trees and plenty of seating areas to rest after a walk in the garden. The cottage is an ideal refuge to enjoy a vacation with children or a relaxing holiday for a group of friends looking for quality time together. A built-in, open fire BBQ and an alfresco dining area are provided for lovely gatherings in a shaded area. Welcome to nature.
