This large villa resides on a private fenced estate of 700m2 in size. The residential area extends over 3 floors and occupies 470m2. There are 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each of them has super king-size beds, 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length.
On the ground floor, you will find a huge living area and one of the bedrooms.
The ample living zone consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a large dining table with 14 seats, and a living area with comfortable sofa seating. Modern design and neutral colors create a relaxing ambiance.

Summary: The house is excellently furnished and everything was spotless. The property is unreservedly recommended for vacationing in Pula. The town center can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We loved exploring Pula and its hinterland. We had a amazing vacation and would like to return some day!
