Relax with family or friends at this peaceful Luxury Villa, only 400m walk away from the Magical Veli Rat village with a breathtaking view of the Uvala Ćune since the Villa sits at the top of the property. Villa Olea Mare is the 1st completed luxury Villa of 3, the other 2 Villas are scheduled to be completed in the upcoming years hence the unfinished look of the surrounding property. Thanks to the location, guests can enjoy their getaway in complete peace & privacy and fully relax to reset!
The space
Villa Olea Mare accomodate 6 guests, 2 per room. Each room has its own Private Bathroom and Shower. The front 2 rooms have balconies overlooking the pool.
On the main floor you will find the Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen- all in beautiful airy open concept, with an additional Powder room (Bathroom).
Outside on the terrace is the ideal spot for relaxing at the table or lounge chairs reading a book, playing cards, overlooking the breathtaking and calm Bay Ćune. There is an additional bathroom with shower on the outside terrace-for easy access after or before you dip in the pool.
Enjoy the views of the Olive trees newly planted along with other greenery surrounding our Villa Olea (Olive).

In Veli Rat there are 2 Restaurants; Pizzeria Galeb & Restaurant Lanterna. There is also a small supermarket beside the Pizzeria and also in the Marina Veli Rat another 100m.
