Villa Mala Halu is a modern and richly furnished holiday home with swimming pool near Gračišće, a town in central Istria.
The holiday home is surrounded with green hills and forests and an ideal choice for a relaxing and peaceful vacation in Istria. The holiday home is situated on well-kept and enclosed property of 2000 sqm and offers to its guests a heated swimming pool of 40 sqm, two covered terraces with table and chairs, one of them with a big barbecue, cellar with billiard table and soccer table and three parking spaces.
Holiday home for 6-8 people with a total surface of 280 sqm on two air-conditioned and heated floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living area with equipped kitchen, dining table for eight people, sitting area with two sleeping possibilities, a double bedroom with private bath/toilet, a separate toilet and a room with a hydromassage tub that can be opened from two sides through glass walls. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with private bath/toilet and a terrace with panoramic view.
NOTE: The heating of the pool is possible with surcharge of 100,- € per week to be paid on the spot.
