Positive: High location overlooking the sea. Also well furnished and equipped.

Negative: Too many steps down from the road to the property and then again down to the swimming pool. However, if you are fit then it is a great place to stay. It was also a pity that the sea water pool was not filled.

Summary: Perfect place to stay and visit Dubrovnik.
