Positive: Great view, lots of room

Negative: Be aware there are lots of steps. I suspect the AC would have trouble keeping up in the summer. It wasn’t a real problem for us in October, but we were glad we weren’t there in July. One water heater leaked and the second didn’t work. The host fixed the second one the day after we reported it. The host asked for additional payment the morning of our departure. We declined.

Summary: Lovely villa with great views and a few issues to be aware of.
