On nice,tended and completely fenced plot of 285 sqm at guest's disposal are: outdoor pool of 32 sqm, 6 sunloungers, covered terrace with BBQ and dining table, 2 parking spaces and facilities for the youngest ( trampoline and table soccer).
Villa Gina with total area of 146 sqm, on two floors accommodates up to 6 persons in comfortable and lovely decorated interior. On the groundfloor there is a living room with fireplace with exit to the terrace and pool, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bed bedroom with private shower/WC, and one separate toilette. On the upper floor there is one double bed bedroom with private shower/WC and one bedroom with two separate beds and private shower/WC. All bedrooms are airconditioned and with SAT TV.
