Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Ivan (assuming he's the property manager) was great. He met us at the house, helped with some of our luggage, and gave us a lay of the house. He also spent time going through a map of Korcula and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house is gorgeous! A unique design, definitely spacious, and the amenities are unbeatable - in-ground pool, floaties (pool noodles, etc.), canoes and SUPs for exploring the sea that starts directly at the property's edge, an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. If I could live here, I would.

Negative: The first floor bathroom light wasn't working (this was an in issue previously noted to management prior to our stay) and there was no way for it to be fixed prior to or during our stay. Normally we wouldn't have cared, but we had an ill guest (upper respiratory infection) and this was her main bathroom, but she showered / used the restroom in the dark because none of the outlets nearby to the bathroom worked for a plug-in lamp or anything. There was also no hot water in the kitchen sink, which made properly washing the utensils and plates we used difficult.

Summary: Beautiful and unique home at an excellent location, literally ON the Adriatic Sea
