Positive: Villa Eta as a great space for our family, our two teenagers had their own space and bathrooms and there was plenty of living areas. The pool was a big hit and that’s where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out sightseeing. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing. All furniture and fittings were of a good quality, we felt right at home. Stanka was always available if needed and accommodating with check in etc. we ate at the family restaurants in Cavtat and these were both fantastic. Literally 5-10mins from the airport, 15-20 from Cavtat and 30-40 from Dubrovnik. There was a decent sized supermarket just down the road and loads of places to eat in Cavtat and Srebreno. Would highly recommend

Negative: It is an isolated location, we had a car so it was fine but there isn’t any public transport although we used uber a couple of times. You are very close to the airport and a main road so there is sometimes noise from planes and motorbikes but it didn’t bother us.

Summary: Beautiful modern home, very comfortable and perfect for families.
