This detached holiday house with a heated pool is ideal for families or couples, with position near the beach, on a quiet location in small bay Dražica, village Zubovici. House has fenced garden with terrace and pool that is good if you have pet. Pets are welcome, beach for dogs is on 500 m.House is located near Novalja on the island of Pag. The town Novalja is 9kn away.
The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. The site is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs. You can cool off in the 32m² pool on hot days and then sunbathe on the deckchairs around the pool. When the weather is not so hot, you can still enjoy swimming in our heated pool.
The house newly built in 2016 has two floors and provides a total living space of 80m² for five people. The ground floor measures 43m² and consists of a modern shower room and a living room with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen adjoining the dining room is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge. The sitting corner next to the dining table has a sofa bed for one person and a flatscreen TV. Internal stairs lead to the upper floor with the two bedrooms and a further modern shower room. One bedroom is furnished with a cupboard, a dresser and a double bed 180cm wide and also has a balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide, a cupboard and a dresser. There is one air conditioning unit in the house. Free wireless Internet access is available.
The beach is only about 300 metres away. You can walk or drive there. It is about 500 metres to the village centre with restaurants and supermarkets. It is 9km to the town centre of Novalja.
