Positive: Quiet nighborhood near to the lake. The owner was kind and helpful. The rooms were big enough and well equipped.

Negative: The shower was a bit strange. The whole bathroom was aqueous after showering. The ceiling hight is not very high. I am 1.8 m tall and for me it was still good but for taller guys it would be unconfortable.
