Beautiful, newly built family friendly villa with private pool for 6-8 people in Labinci. Ideal location for a peaceful and carefree holiday in Istria. The first beach in Poreč is located only 7 km away from the villa. The house spreads over two floors ( 144 m²). The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balcony overlooking the sea in the distance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside the property you can find a beautifully landscaped and spacious garden with a barbecue, terrace and private pool (30 m²) which will delight its guests. Parking place is located inside the yard. A modern and comfortable interior with details of Istrian architecture will satisfy the most demanding guests. Pets and parties are not allowed..
