The beautiful villa Bella is located not far from the city of Zadar, on the island of Pašman, which can be reached by ferry. Pašman is an island of beautiful nature and beautiful beaches that invite you to relax or have a light recreation. It is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge in the Ždrelac passage. This villa, located only 70 meters from the sea, is ready to open its doors to a maximum of 12 people who have 396 m2 of living space at their disposal. Consisting of two parts, there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, while there are 3 more rooms on the first floor. All 6 bedrooms have double beds, and the master bedroom has a sea view and its own en suite bathroom. There are 3 more bathrooms and one separate toilet. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi. As an additional feature, you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron.
The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare lunch or dinner for family and friends. In the large living room you will enjoy watching your favorite movies or shows. From the kitchen and dining room there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace which contains a dining table and a barbecue. There is also a seating area and a heated 40 m2 pool where you can refresh yourself during the day or night. Next to the pool there are sun loungers, perfect for reading a book or enjoying the sun.
