The house is located 300 meters from the beach, in a very quite and secluded neighborhood with only one house in the close vicinity. It is a 3 story house with about 110 square meters per story. On the first floor we have one room and a big living room with a connected kitchen and dining room. Using the staircase we go up to the second story where we have three big rooms with great views of the sea. In the basement we have a 2 car garage, a small gym and an entertainment area with a professional sized billiards table a pingpong table and a playstation 4 pro.
Outside we have a 25 square meter pool a lounge area and a barbecue.

Summary: The property more than lived up to it's billing. It is so spacious, well equipped, well laid out and made for a fantastic holiday. And the area around the pool was also great, it had everything you could need to spend a lot of time outside. Which we did, practically every day. It is so close to Tucepi it made so easy to go to the beach or to go out for the evening and enjoy a meal, along the promenade. And Malik, the host, was first class. He was available if required and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have a relaxing time in Croatia.
