Positive: We booked the 5-bedroom apartment, and in person it was larger than it seemed from the photos. The apartment is beautiful and modern. It was also very clean, and well-suited for having children with you as well. The location is also very nice as it is close to lakes and mountains. The communication with Jelena was amazing, she was always fast with responses and available for any questions. The instructions were also very clear for self check-in and check-out.
