Positive: Located on the edge of the village, close to supermarkets and within easy reach of Zadar, this fantastic villa has a lot to offer. The rooms are spacious; all but one have air conditioning, and all feature comfortable, large-sized beds. The property can accommodate up to six people and includes a good-sized kitchen with a dining table. As an added bonus, mosquito nets are fitted, which effectively help keep insects and bugs out. The villa was spotlessly clean, as were the bedding, towels, and other amenities. The hosts, who live next door, respected our privacy while being extremely helpful and attentive whenever needed. The main attraction of the property—the pièce de résistance, so to speak—was the beautifully maintained garden and the swimming pool, which was large enough for our whole party to enjoy at the same time. The pool was fabulous: spacious, deep enough for proper swimming, and even usable at night thanks to built-in lighting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Negative: One of the bedrooms lacks air conditioning, although it does have a large fan. It's helpful, but not as effective as A/C. There is also an annexed bedroom adjacent to the main villa; in my opinion, it could use a fan as well, as it can get quite hot inside. Additionally, having more cutlery and crockery would be appreciated—especially a proper corkscrew! 😉
