This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Zgrabljići, not far from Sveti Lovreč and 10 km from Poreč and the beach. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in the original Istrian style in 2006. It is located in its own garden with a well-kept lawn, a 24m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a covered terrace with sitting set, a barbecue with a bread oven, and private parking for 2 cars.
