Tošić Estate Old stone house is located next to Villa 1 and is used as common area for groups to spend time together. This house in rented ONLY WITH VILLA1 or VILLA2, it can not be rented as stand alone unit.

Old house is used as wine tasting room. It has unique old stone wall (80cm thickness), equiped with full kitchen, dining place for 20 people, 75" LED TV with video camera for conference calls.

House has a balcony with vineyard view, in front of villa is big park area with huge 200+ years old “kostela” trees located around antique well to create unlimited shade during warm days. Behind Old house is pool and children playground.

Spreading on 50,000 square metres, among vineyards, Tosic Estate provides an oasis of nature and tradition. Renting total 2 villas and 1 wine tasting house (common house), with total 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, pool house with sauna, outdoor infinity edge swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, traditional bowling alley, own park and eco-garden. Boutique winery and vineyards are also part of estate for you to enjoy.

Estate is completely surrounded with stone walls for your safety and complete privacy. Private parking is within estate walls.
