Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very clean, new, freshly renovated room with a very nice modern bathroom. The host is very kind and helpful, thank you Nina! The kitchen for our room was in a separate room downstairs, but it was clean and had the necessary equipment for cooking simple dishes (cooking plate, sandwich maker, tea pot and coffee maker, pots, a pan, a blender, dishes and of course a fridge). It doesn't have an oven but we never needed it either. We travelled by car: the Soca river where you can do water activities is about 1h away, also there is Most na Socha town where you can do kayaking and SUPing on the quiet water. The town has a couple of nice restaurants also. Other destinations (Triglav national park, Postojna caves, Ljubliana, Piran) are also reachable with a longer drive (2h each direction). We visited them all, it was a long way but it worked out for us. We felt very welcome and happy at the FOX house!

Negative: A bit longer drive towards some destinations, but still everything is within reach and is worth a day trip.
