New, spacious, well equipped villa is built in 2015. Villa is gated, completely surrounded by traditional stone walls and green fence. Parking is provided for 4 cars.

House is very comfortable for up to 8 people. It has 3 fully equipped bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also one extra toilette and an open space living/dining room and kitchen.
Backyard has a swimming pool and the terrace with sun beds, small tables and parasols.

Summary: Beautiful villa - photos don’t do it justice. It felt really spacious, with stunning views but easily accessible to Gruda and only 10 minutes from the airport. ( with no issues from airport noise). The hosts were waiting for us on arrival with a lovely welcome pack and always available to answer questions
