The ground floor of the villa features a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room with fireplace. Here you will also find a lovely bedroom equipped with a double bed, private shower and separate toilet. The first floor features two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, one with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have two single sleeper chairs, which can be converted into comfortable beds if required. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet, bathtub, double sink, satellite TV, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and private balconies with inviting seating and beautiful views of nature and in the distance even with sea views.
The villa is idyllically situated on a 700sqm large, secluded land surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The courtyard of the villa features a 32m2 large pool with sun loungers, a lovely terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation.
